Making the decision to change management companies can be intimidating for any Board member but our knowledgeable and helpful staff makes the transition process very easy.  Once an agreement is signed, we do the work of transitioning accounting and association records, communicating with the owners, confirming compliance with all applicable legal association requirements, inspecting the property and ensuring that the transition is as seamless as possible.

Resort Management believes it is critical to the financial health of the association to assure the Board of Directors are fully informed on financial issues. We work very closely with the Board of Directors of each association to ensure a complete understanding of the associations financial position. We will supervise investments with your bank, process payables, negotiate your insurance coverage, make certain all licenses are current and provide timely information to the Directors. Working together, the Board Members and RM staff professionals can address all areas of concern and work towards implementing an overall plan that meets high standards and protects the investment made by all members of the Association.

 

RM is very proud of the level of financial services we can provide to our clients. As part of our service will create the draft budget and reserve plan annually. The draft is given to the Board with time for review, input, and final approval.  RM will analyze each expense item included in the budget, and provide options and recommendations to the Board to help make more efficient use of the maintenance fees.
