Property Manager - CAM

The person filling this position owns responsibility for the full management of an HOA or Condo. The primary role of a property manager is to serve the board in helping them achieve their goals for the community. The manager is responsible for managing the staff and overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws.
Community Association Managers must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida.

Licensed CAM in the state of Florida.
Strong managerial background.
Highly responsive and able to provide excellent customer service.
Ability to create and develop long-term relationships
Multitask in a fast paced environment.
Capable and efficient in using computer systems including: MS-Office, property management software and email.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to take on new projects.
Self Starter & Team Player.
Must pass a drug screening and back ground check.


Experienced bookkeeper to assist Property Manager and the Board of Directors with accounting processes including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and monthly financial reporting. This individual will be located either onsite in the association’s office or in a company office with the necessary equipment and training provided by Management Company.

Must have strong accounting knowledge, organizational skills and prior experience working in a HOA, Condo or apartment building office is ideal. 


The Maintenance position is responsible for maintaining the physical assets of the Building to ensure that all commonly owned equipment and building areas are in good working order, kept clean and hazard free. Specific duties are outlined in each properties job description and, from time-to-time, may be directed to perform other maintenance duties deemed necessary by the Manager.  Maintenance of individual units is the unit owners’ responsibility. The Maintenance position is required to respond to a cell phone.
